Evan founded Tullos Capital based on the principles of passion and integrity to align purpose led organizations with capital and advisory services, maximizing their overall results. He spent 25 years between Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, two of the most admired firms in the financial services industry. Prior to Tullos Capital Evan was a Managing Director at Xnergy Investment Bank, focused on leading the origination and execution of Debt / Equity (Public-Private) Offerings, Mergers & Acquisitions, Tender Offers, Financial Restructuring, Divestitures, and Reorganizations for large corporate middle market and emerging growth companies.

Evan's financial background covers a wide range of experience in global corporate, institutional, commercial, retail, government, and private banking.  He served in several high profile national and regional business development roles advising public and private companies on growth and revenue generating strategies. He offers tremendous value to your company having worked closely with entrepreneurs for nearly three decades.  Evan has also managed multi-billion dollar client portfolios.

 

Of note, he led the Private Banking organization and distribution teams at Morgan Stanley for one of the largest wealth management regions.  Evan held FINRA Series 24, 7, 79, and 63 licenses.
